• It is not possible to withdraw from the purchase of a ticket.

• The ticket remains valid even if the date of the event changes.

• Tickets can be purchased in paper or electronic form.

• By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the operating rules of the Enteria area and undertakes to comply with them.
